Founded on 30th April 2023 and based in Khupari Village, Wada, Maharashtra, our company is built around one core purpose: the sustainable recycling of end-of-life scrap tyres into premium industrial products that serve India's growing industries and protect our environment for future generations.

We are proud to be one of India's leading used tyre recycling companies, driven by a team of young, dynamic, and passionate entrepreneurs backed by more than two decades of combined experience in the rubber, steel, and commodities industries.

Our mission is clear — to provide eco-friendly, high-quality recycled rubber solutions that tackle India's growing used tyre problem head-on. From our state-of-the-art recycling facility, we produce:

Ms. Nidhi Agarwal is the Managing Director and founding promoter of Harekrishna Rubber Industries Limited. A young, dynamic, and forward-thinking entrepreneur, Ms. Agarwal leads the company's overall vision, strategy, and operations with clarity and purpose.

Belonging to a well-established business family with deep interests in Steel, Commodities, and Industrial Trade, she brings a strong commercial foundation and several years of cross-industry experience to the tyre recycling sector.

Under her leadership, Harekrishna Rubber Industries Limited has grown into one of India's trusted names in used tyre recycling, producing premium 25MM Rubber Mulch and high-grade Scrap Steel Wire for clients across the country.

Mr. Manoj Sharma is the General Manager of Production at Harekrishna Rubber Industries Limited and a highly experienced Rubber Technologist with deep expertise in the operation, management, and maintenance of heavy industrial rubber recycling processes.

Having worked across some of India's most reputed rubber manufacturing and recycling plants, Mr. Sharma brings a wealth of hands-on technical knowledge to our facility in Khupari, Wada, Maharashtra. His expertise spans the complete tyre recycling production cycle — from raw scrap tyre processing to the manufacture of premium finished products.
